Background/ApproachLisa decided to become a nutrition and health coach to fulfill her passion for educating and supporting men and women who want to improve their health, lose weight, prevent disease, and live life to the fullest. Lisa has seen first hand the damage that a poor diet can do to a person's health and wellbeing. Healthy eating helps people and families in so many ways, and not just in physical ways. Her goal is to reverse the global trend of unhealthy eating and increased disease one client at a time. As a qualified nutritionist she is in a great position to help people make these changes. Whether you are looking to increase your energy levels, want to lose weight, start a detox, lower your cholesterol, or tackle a minor or serious health challenge or disorder, Lisa can work with you to create manageable plans that take into account your lifestyle, career and current health status. Appointment times, Fees, and Booking infoAppointment times Lisa is available for appointments on Wednesdays from 8am to 5pm, and on Fridays, from 8am to 3pm. Fees Your first consultation with Lisa will cost $97*, and standard consultations are $67*. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. HICAPS is availalbe on site for immediate health fund rebates. *Some private health funds provide a modest rebate for Nutritional services as part of their 'extras' packages.
