Discover Pilates® near Lane Cove

Are you looking for awesome Pilates near Lane Cove? Look no further! Discover Pilates® specialises in equipment-based, small-group Pilates classes. To ensure excellent results for our students we tailor each session to the needs and goals of the individuals, and limit each class to 4 participants. Students may book a class at a time that suits them (what we call a ‘Private Pilates class’), or join one of our timetabled small-group classes (what we call a ‘Studio class’). All classes are 1hr in duration and bookings are essential.

Classes and fees:

Studio Pilates classes are held at scheduled times throughout the week. Our Studio Classes cost $44 per class per student if paid for casually, or $40 per class per student if purchased as a block of 10 classes ($400).

Private Pilates classes can be booked outside of our Studio Pilates class times (subject to instructor availability). Private class fees are dependent on the number of students in your group: $90 per class for a 1 on 1 private class, $130 per class for 2 students ($65 each), $150 for 3 students ($50 each), or $160 for 4 students ($40 each).

To ensure the quality of each class, we limit student numbers to 4-5 (for both our private classes and studio classes), and each new student must attend an initial consultation (a 1 on 1 private class) at which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals.

How to get started:

From experience we know that regardless of your reasons for commencing Pilates, if learn the basics well you’ll be able to achieve much better results. For this reason, it is a requirement for every new student to  attend a 30 minute, 1 on 1 initial consultation during which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals and teach you the basics (if you are new to Pilates) or assess where you’re up to (if you’ve done Pilates before). This initial consultation is $50.

For your first class, it is important to arrive a few minutes early to complete some paperwork. You should wear comfortable exercise clothing that allows you to move around freely, and bring a pair of clean socks with you to wear during the class. Change rooms are available for your use if needed.

All Pilates bookings can be made through the Ryde Natural Health Clinic reception desk. To book your initial consultation call clinic reception on 9878 5021 or book online using the button on this page.
