Tom has been active and involved in fitness since playing field hockey as a child. His philosophy is ‘take care of your overall health and the rest takes care of itself’. Massage became very important and effective in his rehabilitation after suffering a number of sports injuries from running and martial arts. Tom believes in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, which is why he has chosen massage as his career. He strongly promotes the idea that we can improve our lives so much by simply looking after our bodies through a healthy diet, plenty of exercise, adequate sleep and regular massages. After a great massage, clients are better able to get back to their daily activities, whether that be sports or life in general, with greater range of movement, less muscular pain and feeling better overall.
