How to get started:

Learning the Pilates basics well is key to achieving maximum results. That’s why we insist that each new student attends a 30 minute, 1 on 1 initial consultation. During this consultation your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals and either teach you the basics (if you are new to Pilates) or assess where you’re up to (if you’ve done Pilates before). The cost of the initial consult is $50.

All Pilates bookings are made via Ryde Natural Health Clinic’s reception desk, so to book your initial consultation call clinic reception on 9878 5021 and ask to book a ‘Pilates initial consultation’.

For your initial consultation, aim to arrive ten minutes early to to complete some paperwork. You should wear comfortable exercise clothing that lets you move freely, and bring a pair of clean socks with you to wear during the session. Change rooms are available for your use if required.

We look forward to meeting you : )
