She has worked with people from all age brackets and fitness levels. She has experience in treating respiratory, neurological, orthopaedic, and developmental conditions.

    Yonit focuses on developing realistic, specific and measurable goals with her patients. These allow her to individualise and tailor each Pilates class to ensure you reach your goals!

    Alex Donald

    Physiotherapist Alex Donald As one of Australia’s leading Physiotherapists, Alex has advanced the profession with special interests in the treatment of headaches, chronic foot pain and orthotics.

    Having trained many elite athletes, weekend warriors, and beginners over a wide variety of sports, Alex has been uniquely placed to train Physiotherapists in how to best treat everyone at every level.

After graduating, Ashley worked for NSW health at Royal prince Alfred hospital, one of the leading teaching hospitals in Australia. Through frequent rotations she developed experience primarily in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and intensive care services.

    Madeleine Steiner

    Physiotherapist Madeleine SteinerWhile completing a Bachelor of Health Science, Madeleine developed a love for anatomy and human function, prompting her to go on and complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

    Through her interest of hands and upper limb injuries, Madeleine has spent time in Darwin at Territory Hands completing a course on hand therapy and the treatment of common injuries and conditions of the hand and wrist.

    Isabel Armsworth

    Physiotherapist Yonit NahmiasIsabel’s interest in physiotherapy started from a young age after watching her mother’s practice and witnessing firsthand the impact Physiotherapists can have on people’s lives. This prompted her to undertake a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. 

    As an elite softball player, Isabel has a keen interest and knowledge in shoulder and elbow injuries, which can occur in throwing sports but also may occur in more simplistic tasks. Isabel understands the effect of pain and how easily can impact daily tasks, which is why she has a special interest in the prevention of shoulder, elbow and neck pain.

    Nicola Simpson

    Physiotherapist Nicola SimpsonHaving worked with Olympic Physiotherapists throughout her teenage sporting years, Nicola developed an appreciation and keen interest in helping patients with their muscle aches and pains. This prompted her to go on to complete a Bachelor of Human Movement and then on to a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University.

    As a keen netball player, Nicola has a special interest in treating knee pain and ankle injuries. She firmly believes in the practice of exercise-based treatment addressing both recovery and prevention of these injuries in people of all ages.

What to expect in your treatments –

Initial consultations – If it is your first time to our clinic, the initial session will involve a discussion with your Physiotherapist of why you came to our clinic, what you hope to achieve and your past medical history. Also during this consult, you will receive an initial treatment that may provide some relief from pain, introduce you to basic exercises or teach you self-management skills.

Standard consultations – Upon completing your first consultation, a custom-made treatment plan will have been designed that will address your concerns. Your sessions will gradually progress to become more complex and challenging, where you will notice the changes your body has made to get back onto the path to good health.
  • Physiotherapy fees

    The fee for an initial consultation with a member of our Physio team is $110 (allow up to 30 minutes)
    A standard consultation is $95 (allow up to 30 minutes)
    A long consultation is $160 (allow up to 1-hour)

    *Private health funds generally cover a portion of our fees, depending on your level of cover.

    *Seniors and Students receive 10% off if they visit ‘off-peak’ between 8am and 12pm, Monday through Friday.
