Discover Pilates® near Hunters Hill

Want the best Pilates near Hunters Hill? Here at Discover Pilates® we specialise in small, equipment-based group Pilates classes. We achieve excellent results for our clients by tailoring each session to the needs and goals of the individuals, and limiting our classes to 4-5 participants. Clients may book a class at a time that suits them (what we call a ‘Private Pilates class’), or join one of our already timetabled small-group classes (what we call a ‘Studio class’). All our classes are 1hr in duration and bookings are essential.

Classes and fees:

Studio Pilates classes are held at specific times throughout the week. The cost for Studio Classes is $44 per class per student (if paid for casually), or $40 per class per student if a block of 10 classes ($400) is purchased.

Private Pilates classes can be booked at any time outside of our Studio Pilates class timetable (subject to instructor availability). The fees for private classes vary depending on the number of students in your group: $90 per class for a 1 on 1 private class, $130 per class for 2 students ($65 each), $150 for 3 students ($50 each), or $160 for 4 students ($40 each).

To maintain the quality of each class, participant numbers are limited to 4-5 (for both private classes and studio classes). We also require our new clients to attend an initial consultation (a 1 on 1 private class) at which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals, and give an introductory Pilates class.

If you’re looking for a traditional Pilates experience, are preparing for or recovering from birth, or are recovering from injury or training for a sports competition, you’ll find that any of our instructors can tailor your class to work towards your individual goals – and you’ll have a great time too!

How to get started:

Experience has taught us that regardless of your reasons for commencing Pilates, if you learn the basics really really well you’ll achieve better results. That’s why we make it a requirement that every new client attends a 30 minute, 1 on 1 initial consultation at which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals and either teach you the basics (if you are new to Pilates) or assess your knowledge (if you’ve done Pilates before). The initial consult is $50.

Aim to arrive ten minutes early to your first consultation in order to complete some paperwork. You should wear comfortable exercise clothing that lets you move around freely, and bring a pair of clean socks with you to wear during the session. Change rooms are available for your use if required.

All Pilates bookings are made via Ryde Natural Health Clinic’s reception desk, so to book your initial consultation call clinic reception on 9878 5021 and ask to book a ‘Pilates initial consultation’. We look forward to meeting you : )

For the best Pilates near Hunters Hill, its worth the drive to North Ryde!
